Recording CV with Bitwig
Someone recently asked about how to go about rendering CV with Bitwig. For this demo I created an audio track with a HW CV Out device. I put a sine wave LFO on the CV out so that we would have some output for our demo. Note: I did not bother to map the CV Out Output as we are not sending it to any output hardware. I also set the output of the track to “No Output” to avoid sending it to our speakers.

Create a second audio track with the input set to Tracks -> Audio 1 -> HW CV Out Out

Arm the track and record into the clip launcher or timeline.

Once you have your CV recorded as audio you can edit it, load it in the sampler or mangle it the way you would any other audio source.
